Aerial view of a terminal site build in progress
01 · Build

A terminal designed by the people who will run it.

Process design, construction management, commissioning and start-up, carried through by an operating team, so nothing gets lost in the handoff.

What we build

Process design
Truck-to-rail and rail-to-truck flow, loading positions, metering, containment and traffic, laid out by operators.
Construction management
Civil work, mechanical installation, utility tie-ins and instrumentation, coordinated to an operating start date.
Commissioning
Formal pre-startup safety review, punch lists closed before product moves, and equipment proven under load.
Start-up and first fill
A start-up sequence written from what actually goes wrong the first time a terminal runs product.
Day-one readiness
Operating procedures, forms and crew training in place before the first truck arrives.

Why it matters

Most terminals are designed by one team and handed to another. The operators inherit decisions they never made, and the first year is spent working around them.

When we build, the same team carries the design into daily operations, or hands it to your crew with procedures, training and records that make sense on the platform.

Where the experience comes from

Our leadership team has taken greenfield sites from bare ground to loaded trains: a river terminal with four barge docks on the Ohio, a crude truck-to-rail terminal in the Rockies, and a crude-by-rail offload built into a retrofitted refinery site. Those projects were built for other companies, and Timiron LLC did not own or operate them.

Have product to move, or a terminal that needs fixing?

Tell us the location, the commodity and the timing. A rough idea is fine.
